Friday’s Threesome 31 October

The idea of these challenges is to use the given prompts to create a piece of flash fiction (100-200 words) or a poem (14-20 lines). Word and line counts are a guideline only let your muse dictate.

The challenge today offers three quotations to inspire the creative muse, using one, two or all three as a prompt.

The quotations for this week are:

  1. Silence is the mother of truth – Benjamin Disraeli
  2. Language has created the word loneliness to express the pain of being alone, and the word solitude to express the glory of being alone – Paul Tillich
  3. You have not found your place until all your faculties are roused, and your whole nature consents and approves of the work you are doing – Orison Swett Marden
