Friday’s Threesome 25 April

The idea of these challenges is to use the given prompts to create a piece of flash fiction (100-200 words) or a poem (14-20 lines). Word and line counts are a guideline only let your muse dictate.

The challenge today offers three quotations to inspire the creative muse, using one, two or all three as a prompt.

The quotations for this week are:

  • To change a habit, make a conscious decision, then act out the new behaviour – Maxwell Maltz
  • You will not find poetry anywhere unless you bring some of it with you – Joseph Joubert
  • Truth is its own reward – Plato

    1. The only limits in my challenges are the ones your Muse or inspiration takes you. No wrongs or right just the joy of writing for the pleasure of it – and for me the reading.

      Thank you for sharing

      1. Thanks for reading. I’m really sorry I haven’t been able to do return reads this week-something came up and I haven’t had much time for things like this. It’s all resolved but it has been an emotionally draining time so I’m going to leave it till next time. Thanks again.
